We will make every effort to satisfy you, our customer. On any gallery fairy figurines ordered, if you are not satisfied with it, return it for a full refund or exchange less shipping. On custom orders, if you are not satisfied with your creation, we will redo it or exchange or refund all but the initial deposit and shipping.
Unfortunately upon rare occasions a fairy is damaged during shipment. If this happens, send it back to us and we will ensure you receive a new one in good order.
